How it works
- Choose a PDF file.
- Choose how many pages per sheet, the paper size, orientation and reading order.
- Click “Arrange pages” and download the new PDF.
Notes and limitations
- “Automatic” uses landscape for 2 and 8 pages per sheet and portrait otherwise, so that the pages are as large as possible.
- Pages keep their proportions and are centred in their cell; rotated pages are shown upright.
- Text stays selectable and sharp. Form fields and comments are burnt in, links are not carried over.
Frequently asked questions
Can I still read 16 pages per sheet?
That depends on the original. Slides with large text are usually readable; dense text pages become very small.
