How it works
- Choose length and how many.
- Pick character sets; optionally exclude characters that are easy to confuse.

Notes and limitations
- It uses
crypto.getRandomValues– the same generator browsers use for encryption. Selection is uniform, with no statistical bias. - Passwords are created only on your device and are neither stored nor transmitted.
- Use a password manager and a different password for every service.

How long should a password be?
At least 16 characters for important accounts. Length adds more security than exotic symbols.
