Remove blank pages from PDF
Detects empty pages – typical for double-sided scans – and removes them in one step, so you do not have to look through the document page by page.

How it works
- Choose a PDF file.
- Choose how strict the detection should be.
- Click “Remove blank pages” and check the list of removed pages.
Notes and limitations
- Each page is rendered at low resolution and the share of non-white pixels is measured. Pages below the threshold count as blank.
- “Strict” only removes pages that are completely white; “Tolerant” also removes pages with scanner noise or a faint show-through.
- The result lists the removed page numbers. Keep your original until you have checked the result.
Frequently asked questions
Can I recover a page that was removed by mistake?
Your original file is not changed. Use a stricter setting or remove pages manually with “Delete PDF pages”.
